Billing and Payments

All of MDTEC’s billing is done via email.  Approximately 3 weeks before the start of each semester (Fall, Spring, Summer) you will receive a bill from our online system. This bill will cover recital fees, registration fees,  any groups or orchestra classes and list the exact times/days for your private lessons.

Payments for private lesson can be divided up into installments.  You may pay for all private lessons at once or pay in 2 or 3 installments.  If you select to pay in installments, there is an additional $10 fee per installment.  This_ _$10 fee is per family, not per child.

You may make payments via Paypal to, but if you use a transaction type that incurs fees (like credit cards) that fee will be added to your bill.  You may also mail payments to:

Late Fee:  Once a payment is over 7 days late, a fee of $15 will be added to the total due. If a payment is over 14 days late, a fee of $30 will be added and lessons/groups will be terminated until full payment has been made.  You will still be responsible for payment for missed classes/lessons during this time.
